Cutting processed exterior parts of a food packaging machine (made of aluminum A5052)

After grinding → cutting → and applying white anodizing to the product, processing was carried out after flat grinding in consideration of flatness. There are recesses on the back side, and a flatness accuracy of 0.05 was required. Additionally, care was taken to handle the exterior parts without scratches. This is a machining example from Nagaoka Seiki Seisakusho. The surface accuracy is finished with a surface roughness of RZ1.5 for the cutting part.

For automotive parts made of SUS303 material, the surface roughness of the machined section is finished at RZ1.5, as indicated by the arrow in the image.
